基本情况

黄海北航宇航学院教授, 先后在北航飞机设计专业取得学士(1983)、硕士(1986)和博士(1990)学位,毕业后在北航宇航学院工作。 曾赴美国州立威奇托大学从事复合材料胶结接头的强度与设计博士后研究(1999.6-2000.10)。 2001.01-2015.06,担任北航宇航学院研究生教学副院长,2003.06至2023.05 担任学院航天飞行器技术系主任,担任(或曾担任)《航空学报》,《计算结构力学学报》,《Structural and Multidisciplinary Optimization》(结构与多学科优化)等著名期刊编委。

主要从事航天器系统与结构系统设计、优化及振动控制研究,主持了一批包括型号预研、国家自然科学基金、国家863高技术等项目。曾担任国家高技术航天领域专家组专家,参与国家相关航天技术发展规划和论证;在结构与多学科优化领域具有较大影响,担任亚洲结构与多学科学会General Committee主席,2022年获亚洲结构与多学科优化学会成就奖;作为共同主席,2019年在北京组织召开了由600多学者参加的第13届世界结构与多学科优化大会(迄今规模最大),理论成果“复杂结构优化理论与算法”获中国高校自然科学一等奖;软件成果“航天器结构优化程序系统SPOS”获原航天工业总公司科技进步二等奖。

10多年来致力于结构优化技术的工程应用,完成了一批实际航天型号的结构优化设计工作。在振动控制领域,目前正开展针对空间高精密载荷微振动干扰隔离系统的研究,所研制的系统有的已提供工程部门用于测试,成为飞行部件的试验设备,新近完成了亚太空间合作组织大学生小卫星项目,该项目作为重要的国际合作工作,写进《2016中国的航天》白皮书;目前小卫星在轨状况良好,盘绕式伸展臂在轨展开、星载ADS-B技术、星间通信、对地成像等多项新技术试验任务顺利完成,被国家航天局誉为“中国航天引领亚太地区空间合作的标志性成果”。

Dr. Hai Huang, Professor, School of Astronautics, Beihang University.

He got his bachelor, master and Ph.D degrees in 1983, 1986 and 1990 respectively, all from Beihang University, Beijing, China. He ever worked as a post-doctoral fellow on composite joint strength and design in the Wichita State University, USA, from June, 1999 to October, 2000.

He now also works as the editorial board members of Chinese Journal of Aeronautics and the international journal Structural and Multidisciplinary Optimization. He ever worked as vice dean of School of Astronautics in charge of graduate education during Jan., 2001~ Jun. 2015, and the Chair, Dept. of Spacecraft & Launch Vehicle Technology in above school during Jun. 2003 ~May. 2023.

His research areas are concept design of spacecraft, system and structural optimization, structural control as well as their applications. His research works are constantly supported by National Natural Science FoundationNational High-tech Project, as well as the aerospace engineering institutions in China. He was the Chairman of General CommitteeAsian Society of Structural and Multidisciplinary Optimization (ASSMO). As the Co-Chairman he organized The 13th World Congress of Structural and Multidisciplinary Optimization (WCSMO 13) in Beijing, 2019. One of His achievements “The theories and algorithm of complex structures” was awarded the first grade Natural Science Prize of China Universitiesand the software "Engineering System of Structural Optimization for Spacecraft SPOS " was awarded The 2nd grade Science & Technology Progress Prize by former Aerospace Group Corporation of China.

During the past 15 years he led his team to endeavor in applying the proposed structural optimization theories and the developed software to aerospace engineering, including the practical designs for application satellites. These works are great helpful to reduce the spacecraft structural mass. In the area of structural/mechanical vibration control, he studied and developed several kinds of vibration isolation and simulation devices that are used in ground vilifications and tests aiming to space applications.

Recent years he, as a team leader and chef designer, works on a student small satellite program (APSCO-SSS) that well combines theoretical study with engineering practice. The work is supported by APSCO (Asian-Pacific Space Cooperation Organization) and was written in the government white paper China Space activities 2016. The satellite has successfully launched in orbit in Oct. 2021, and a series of space flight verification tasks, including coilable mast deployment in-orbit, Earth imaging, space based ADS-B technology and inter-satellite communication, have been successfully completed. The results show quite good and exciting. This work is honored as “a landmark achievement of China Aerospace leading Asian-Pacific space cooperation”.
